Initial Consultation

​

We will discuss your running goals as well as your work and lifestyle commitments. You will  be sent an information pack with a short questionnaire regarding previous training history which will help us develop an effective plan which works for you.

Communication

​

Plans include monthly consultation in person or via telephone to discuss your training progress and keep plans in line with your running goals. You will be able to communicate directly with your coach via email and WhatsApp throughout the week. 

Your Training Plan

​

Training plans are delivered digitally through a variety of platforms to suit individual athlete preference. Training plans are unique to you and include weekly analysis, customisation and feedback.
